- Partner with Site FP&A teams to standardize financial measures and ensure consistent application of productivity metrics
- Drive automation of manufacturing performance metrics for timely decision‑making insights
- Establish performance measurement systems that translate business performance into actionable financial insights
- Doctorate degree and 3 years of manufacturing or operations experience OR
- Master’s degree and 5 years of manufacturing or operations experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of manufacturing or operations experience OR
- Associate’s degree and 12 years of manufacturing or operations experience OR
- High school diploma/GED and 14 years of manufacturing or operations experience
- Proven ability to identify technology-driven cost-of-sales improvement opportunities in manufacturing
- Experience with capital finance rules and policy
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that are both strategic and technical
- Experience integrating financial and operational data across ERP and advanced analytics platforms
- Experience driving automation and standardization of performance metrics in a manufacturing environment
