We are currently hiring for three full time shifts:
Day: 6:00 am - 4:30pm
Night: 5:00 pm - 3:30 am
Weekend: 5:00 am - 5:00 pm
What you will experience in this position:Assemble and install metal building structures and components used in industrial and commercial applications
Install doors, windows, HVAC units, panels, framing, and other structural or mechanical components according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials to determine build requirements
Perform detailed assembly work to ensure products meet quality, safety, and customer standards
Verify materials and hardware to confirm completeness prior to shipment
Complete required production documentation, quality checks, and shipping paperwork accurately
Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, man lifts, and other material handling equipment
Load, unload, position, and secure building materials and finished assemblies for transport
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through regular housekeeping
Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet production schedules and delivery timelines
Work independently when required while remaining aligned with team goals
Adapt to changing priorities, production schedules, design changes, and unexpected challenges
Experience in construction, manufacturing, assembly, or a related hands-on trade
Familiarity with mechanical assembly, installation processes, and use of hand and power tools
Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and detailed work instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
Ability to meet physical job demands, including lifting, pulling, pushing, and moving heavy materials
Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work for extended periods of time
Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings
Dependable attendance and ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
