Job Overview

This warehouse role involves physically demanding duties such as repetitive processes, moderate to heavy lifting, and operating various machinery while following standardized work procedures.

• Perform physically demanding warehouse tasks including repetitive processes, moderate to heavy lifting, and the use of machinery.
• Actively participate in improving safety, quality, attendance, productivity, suggestion activities, housekeeping, and throughput.
• Pick, prepare, and package the required quantity of material for proper shipment.
• Operate Voice‑Directed Picking Equipment and power vehicles such as forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers up to a height of 24 feet.
• Safely work in the vicinity of forklifts, reach trucks, pick trucks, propane‑powered lifts, battery‑changing equipment, electric carousels, conveyor lines, heavy‑duty pneumatic staple guns, compactors, dock levelers, and other equipment without risk to self or others.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Work overtime when needed and maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties assigned by a supervisor.

• Experience with forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers (PIV certified).
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand manipulation, grasping, and supporting tools.
• Ability to stand on concrete for an entire shift while repeatedly bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Maintain a clean work area and meet quality standards with continuous improvement measures.
• Cross‑train on other jobs as required.
