Maintenance and Reliability Manager

Are you a proactive leader with a background in chemical manufacturing and a passion for reliability and maintenance excellence? We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance and Reliability Manager to join our team and play a critical role in driving performance, safety, and efficiency in our operations.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity within a close-knit, collaborative environment—where your voice matters and your contributions are recognized.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, implement, and lead a proactive Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM) program to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Oversee root cause analysis and failure investigations for critical plant assets.
• Manage and optimize spare parts inventory and procurement processes.
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to maintenance teams and supervisors.
• Ensure full compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Collaborate across departments to provide technical support and direction in maintenance operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of technical experience in maintenance.
• 5+ years of experience managing and leading technical teams.
• Strong background in chemical manufacturing (preferred).
• Proven ability to build and manage effective PM programs.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and pass medical clearance for respirator use.
• Flexible schedule with willingness to travel as needed.
• Competitive salary: $120,000–$170,000 per year
