We are currently hiring Production Team Members in Greater Putnam County, WV.

  Up to $15.50/hr + Weekly Overtime
• Schedule:
  
  day/evening/overtime potential
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:30 PM

• Clean, inspect, and maintain production equipment and components.
• Assist with machine changeovers, installations, and setup.
• Operate overhead cranes safely and effectively.
• Monitor product quality and collect production data.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain clean, organized work spaces (5S standards).
• Follow all safety, PPE, and environmental guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must-Have
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand tools.
  • Ability to work in a production environment.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
• Preferred
  • Manufacturing or equipment-related experience.
