3rd Shift Machine Operator Trainee (3-Day Work Week)

SalaryStarting at $20+/hour + $3.00 shift premium
Schedule- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Monday – Wednesday
- Consistent 3‑day work week with overtime opportunities available
- Operating manufacturing equipment and production systems
- Loading raw materials and monitoring production processes
- Operating forklifts (training available)
- Unloading tanker trucks and railcars
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Working closely with teammates to meet production goals
- Ability to work a 12‑hour night shift schedule
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
- Manufacturing experience is helpful; training will be provided to the right candidate

Chemical Research/Technology (CR/T) is Quad’s ink manufacturing subsidiary and one of the largest ink manufacturers in the United States. Our team develops and manufactures inks, coatings, and materials that support Quad’s production facilities nationwide.
Location DetailPlease note:
This position is located at Quad’s CR/T manufacturing facility in Hartford, WI, and is not located at the Quad print plant off Highway 60.
