Job Summary
We're hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician who has the technical formal training and natural talent to troubleshoot issues that arise on our printing and thermoforming - related equipment and plant facility. We place a high level of trust in this role because it is the only Maintenance department representative on duty for our 2nd and 3rd shifts for emergency repairs, ongoing preventative maintenance and support of continuous improvement initiatives.
Training on our primary production machines will be provided on a day shift, before being moved to this 2nd shift role with hours of 2:30 p.m.

What Success Looks Like
- Safely performs work on manual, semi, and fully automatic machines.
- Safely performs work on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
- Diagnoses mechanical problems and determines how to correct them through various troubleshooting methods. For trouble shooting and research uses blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.
- Does routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions.
- Documents all work performed using E-Maintenance software and email.
- Will startup, cycle, and shut down safely all facility tools and equipment maintained by the maintenance Dept.
- Performs Lock out Tag out.
- Performs tasks in excess of 30 feet occasionally.
Required Education and Experience
- Associates Degree or Technical School and/or Electrical Certification
- 1 to 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
