Production (Utility Crew) Position
Westlake is accepting applications for full‑time openings for Production (Utility Crew) positions at its Natrium chemicals manufacturing facility, located near Proctor, West Virginia.
This position requires work that includes lifting, carrying, packing, loading, housekeeping, running equipment or general utility.
Qualifications- Chemical Operator Certification
- Two (2)-year college degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of on‑the‑job industrial experience
- Honorable Discharge from the Military
Applicants must meet at least one of the qualifications above.
Compensation and BenefitsStarting rate of pay will be $27.82/hr, with the ability to earn up to $47.22/hr through seniority and internal job bids. We offer a competitive wage and benefits package, including health care, savings plan, paid vacation and paid holidays.
Production operations run 24/7 with rotating shifts. Current schedule is a four (4)-crew rotation cycle.
Pre‑Employment RequirementsSuccessful candidates must satisfy background screening, motor vehicle record screening, drug testing, and pre‑employment physical requirements before starting work.
