Westlake is accepting applications for full‑time Production (Utility Crew) positions at its Natrium chemicals manufacturing facility located near Proctor, West Virginia.
ResponsibilitiesWork includes lifting, carrying, packing, loading, housekeeping, running equipment, or general utility.
Qualifications- Chemical Operator Certification
- Two‑year college degree
- Minimum of two years on‑the‑job industrial experience
- Honorable discharge from the military
Starting rate $27.82/hr, up to $47.22/hr through seniority and internal job bids.

ScheduleProduction operations run 24/7 with rotating shifts; current schedule is a four‑crew rotation cycle.
ScreeningBackground screening, vehicle record screening, drug testing, and pre‑employment physical requirements before start.
