Summary/Objective: A Small Format Fabrication position is responsible for wrapping parts, counting parts, operating manual equipment, running the pouch laminator, and other tasks as assigned in the small format department.

Essential Functions:

• Counting and shrink wrapping parts
• Die cutting
• Assembly
• Read and understand manufacturing orders and the dispatch list.
• Know machine settings to maintain a quality product
• Fill out and understand the Scrap and internal usage form
• Assists with other fabrication steps when required
• Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working order and are free of safety hazards.
• Regular attendance and the ability to work overtime as needed.
• Communicates safety and maintenance issues to supervisor
• Must wear the required safety equipment
• Stand for long periods of time
• Meet or exceed production goals
