Sash Line Operator

United Talent Staffing is seeking dependable Sash Line Operators to support production for a window and door manufacturing facility in the New Martinsville, WV area. This role focuses on assembling window sash components and preparing units for final production.

• Assembling sash frames using cut vinyl or aluminum components
• Installing glass panes into sash frames
• Applying glazing bead or sealant to secure glass
• Operating pneumatic tools, rollers, or corner welders (depending on line design)
• Inspecting sash units for squareness, seal integrity, and defects
• Labeling and staging completed sash for transfer to final assembly lines
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workstation
• Following production quotas and safety procedures
• Meet daily production goals in a team environment

$12.00/hour

• Monday– Thursday / 8:00 AM
  -7:00PM
• Overtime required based on production needs

Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks

• Lift, push, and pull 50–75 lbs. as needed
• Comfortable working around machinery, hand tools, and assembly equipment
• Good hand eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to read measurements and use basic tools accurately
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE (closed toe shoes, safety glasses; gloves optional)
• Reliable attendance and dependability required
• Willingness to work overtime as production demands increase

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience helpful but not required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Team oriented with strong work ethic
