Team Member
This is an extremely entry-level position that requires no prior experience. As a Team Member, you will support daily production activities by operating your workstation safely, performing light mechanical assembly, and assisting with packaging and inspection tasks in a cleanroom environment. You will receive on-the-job training and work as part of a collaborative team to ensure products meet quality standards and are prepared for shipment.
Responsibilities- Complete and follow all pre-operation, start-up, and shut-down procedures for the assigned workstation.
- Feed raw materials into machines or workstations according to instructions and safety guidelines.
- Assemble small parts and components using light mechanical assembly techniques.
- Perform basic quality checks and testing to ensure products meet established standards.
- Inspect parts and finished products for defects or inconsistencies and report issues as needed.
- Pack items accurately and securely for shipment, following packaging and labeling requirements.
- Support kitting activities by gathering and organizing components as required.
- Complete daily production and activity reports accurately and on time.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and securing hair.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with cleanroom and production standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors to meet production goals.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus, accuracy, and consistent output.
- Strong work ethic and a reliable, responsible approach to daily tasks.
- Solid organizational skills to manage tasks and follow established procedures.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and use required personal protective equipment.
- Comfort working with small parts and basic mechanical assembly tasks.
- Ability to complete basic quality checks and follow written and verbal instructions.
- No previous experience required; willingness to learn and be trained.
Skills & Qualifications
- Interest in assembly, general labor, light industrial, or production work.
- Comfort working in a cleanroom environment with very small parts and adhesives.
- Ability to work multiple shifts as assigned (shift schedule to be determined).
- Flexibility to work in different departments, including mechanical assembly, packaging, inspection, and kitting.
- Basic documentation skills to complete daily reports accurately.

WorkEnvironment
You will work in a cleanroom environment handling very small parts and adhesives, with strict cleanliness and safety standards. The facility is climate-controlled to ensure a comfortable and consistent working temperature. Work involves standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks at production workstations. Personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and securing hair, is required and must be worn according to safety guidelines.
Multiple shifts are available and will be determined based on operational needs. The environment emphasizes organization, cleanliness, and adherence to established procedures.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Poca, WV.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $14.07 - $15.57/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
