Golden State Foods is seeking a 3rd shift Inventory Control lead to supervise production associates and ensure safe, quality-focused operation of equipment. Responsibilities include startup/shutdown, equipment inspection, and coordinating with the Supervisor on the production schedule.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of departmental procedures, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Candidates will support training and provide break relief as needed.
