** What You'll Be Doing*
* Take on a critical role in keeping production running efficiently:

+ Clean, inspect, and maintain production equipment and components.

+ Assist with machine changeovers, installations, and setup.

+ Operate overhead cranes safely and effectively.

+ Monitor product quality and collect production data.

+ Troubleshoot operational issues and support continuous improvement.

+ Maintain clean, organized work spaces (5S standards).

+ Follow all safety, PPE, and environmental guidelines

+ You'll play a hands-on role in maintaining quality and keeping operations moving.

+ Other duties as assigned.

** What We're Looking For*
* ** Must-Have:*
* + Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand tools

+ Ability to work in a production environment

+ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

+ Ability to work as part of a team

** Preferred:*
* + Manufacturing or equipment-related experience

+ Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

+ Ability to learn quickly and complete training successfully
