United Talent Staffing is hiring Production Assembly Associates for a well-established window manufacturing company in New Martinsville, WV.

If you’re looking for a full-time position with a consistent schedule, weekly pay, and the opportunity to learn new skills, this could be the opportunity for you. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but we are willing to train dependable individuals who are ready to work.

• Assemble window frames and sash components
• Install glass into completed window frames
• Operate hand tools and basic production equipment
• Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy
• Label and stage finished products for the next production process
• Meet daily production goals as part of a team
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Can stand for the duration of the shift
• Can lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Have good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Can safely operate around production equipment
• Have reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Are willing to work overtime when needed
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, machine operation, or general labor is a plus, but not required.
