Shop Laborer

United Talent Staffing is immediately hiring shop laborers for a concrete manufacturing company in Mt Clare, WV. This is a hands-on role for individuals who are comfortable working in a physically demanding, industrial environment.

Job Duties:

• Assist with general shop labor and production support
• Move forms and transport finished and unfinished concrete products
• Load and unload materials and freight
• Perform shop and yard clean-up, including:
• Cleaning out concrete forms
• Removing excess/spilled concrete from work areas
• Work with rebar (reinforcing steel) as part of production processes
• Support team with daily operational tasks as needed

Pay & Shift:

• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Shift may end earlier depending on workload completion
• Overtime required and must be available
• Pay: $17.50/hour

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Able to work in non-temperature-controlled environments, including outdoor conditions
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Industrial forklift experience is a plus
