Procter & Gamble (P&G) invites you to join our Tabler Station Plant, located off of Interstate 81. Our plant is new, clean, and operating the latest production technology for world‑renowned brands such as Dawn®, Downy®, Gain®, Head & Shoulders®, Olay®, and Pantene®.

Tabler Station Plant

$23.05 per hour or approximately $55,300 per year with built‑in overtime and shift differential. Potential to earn up to $42.08 per hour or approximately $103,000 per year as you grow within the organization.

We hire you at entry level and advance by demonstrating growing levels of operating, maintenance, and leadership skills. You will work on a team that keeps production flowing, meets performance goals, and maintains the high level of quality our consumers expect. Your day‑to‑day duties include: running high‑speed converting and packing equipment, controlling the process from a computer terminal, and performing preventive maintenance on equipment.

• Ability to learn and apply skills in manufacturing processes, operating, maintaining and cleaning automated equipment
• Maintaining accurate records and data
• Strong technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Operating essential material handling equipment at the site

• Use basic hand and power tools
• Lift 50 pounds while bending and stooping; climb, stand, and move around on stairs, ladders, and platforms; twist, turn, and bend as needed
• Stand on concrete floors for an extended period of time

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• Wearing required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
• Willingness to work rotating shifts
