Engineered Steel Products (ESP) is seeking a full-time welder for our Sophia, NC facility. You will work with the welding team and fitters to ensure efficient workflow and quality assembly of steel components.
Requirements include at least 2 years of structural steel welding experience and proficiency with FCAW welding, plus a strong commitment to safety. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and wear PPE is required; on-site work with standard safety protocols.
