Pilgrim’s Hatchery in Moorefield, WV is seeking a Hatchery Labor to support egg handling, incubation monitoring, chick hatching, and quality checks while upholding strict biosecurity and animal welfare standards.
In this hands-on role you’ll operate specialized equipment, keep work areas clean, and follow safety protocols in a fast-paced setting. A high school diploma is preferred; poultry/food industry experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
