Receiving Dock-Prepared Foods

Job Title

Must be a team player and willing to work bill-of-lading ensuring that all information is correct.

Must follow S.O.P.'s when unloading raw product and do all HACCP checks required.

Transports product from truck to the proper storage area within the plant facility.

Uses power jack and forklift to move product on dock as needed to unload truck.

Clean inside of trailer, unloading dock, outside loading ramp, coolers.

Responsible for the correctness of the lot number tags and lot log sheet.

Good math skills and ability to operate a calculator.

Must be able to learn to operate a power jack and forklift.

Must be able to work in wet and cold refrigerated area (40')

Some lifting is required.

Willing to learn about chemicals used for sanitation purposes.

Ability to work without supervision (self-motivated).

Willing to work in other area when needed.

Cooperative work attitude.

Good communication skills.
