Production Assembler

United Talent Staffing is hiring full-time Production Assemblers for a window and door manufacturing company in New Martinsville, WV. No previous manufacturing experience is required; training is provided for dependable candidates who are ready to learn.

Job Duties

• Assemble window frames and components
• Install glass into completed frames
• Use hand tools and basic production equipment
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Label and prepare products for the next production stage
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Pay and Schedule

• $12.00–$13.00 per hour, based on department
• Monday–Thursday
• 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity
• Mandatory overtime may be required based on production needs
• Weekly pay and medical benefits available after 60 days

Job Requirements

• Ability to stand throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Good attendance and attention to detail
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime when needed
• Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.
