Production Worker

Join a dynamic team with Manpower! Now hiring multiple production workers in Putnam County, WV! This is not a temporary position. Shifts available:

• Monday to Friday (weekends as needed)
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:45 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM - 11:30 PM

Weekly pay! Responsibilities:

• Assemble work on any assembly line
• Supply parts to machines
• Complete daily tasks and paperwork
• Transport goods to inventory
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Attendance/reporting to work daily
• Daily commute to the Putnam County area (35 mins from Charleston, reliable transportation required)
• High school diploma or GED, pass pre-employment screenings
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Being able to stand for 8 or more hours
• Ability to follow instructions
• Basic numerical skills
• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work mandatory OT

Preferred:

• Manufacturing or equipment-related experience
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to learn quickly and complete training successfully
