The Material Handler pulls material for customer orders. This position must ensure all finished goods are properly tagged and packaged as per customer specifications.

Site specific (Plant Superintendent, Shift Supervisor, Production Manager and/or Warehouse Manager)

• Locate required material type and size
• Package material per customer specifications
• Perform quality check to ensure items have been pulled correctly
• Inspect and band parts to be shipped
• Ensure heat and tag numbers are correct
• Stage material in route-specific order
• Maintain safe work area
• Product knowledge
• Certified to operate a crane, forklift, and side-loader
• Ability to use a tape measure, calipers, and micrometers
• Ability to follow written instructions
