United Talent Staffing is hiring Production Assembly Workers for a window and door manufacturing facility in the New Martinsville, WV area.
No manufacturing experience? That’s okay! This is a trainable position for dependable individuals who are comfortable working with their hands.

• $12.00–$13.00/hour
  , depending on department
• Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Occasional mandatory overtime required on Fridays

• Assist with assembling windows and doors on a production line
• Use basic hand tools and production equipment
• Measure materials and components
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Follow production and safety procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

• Comfortable standing and working with your hands throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn — training is provided
• Previous production, manufacturing, construction, or assembly experience is helpful but not required
