General Laborer

Position Summary

We are looking for 4-6 guys asap!

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Temporary General Laborers to assist with various outdoor labor duties. The primary responsibilities of this position include handling, moving, and lifting sandbags weighing approximately 40 to 60 pounds. Candidates must be physically capable of performing repetitive manual labor in an outdoor environment and able to work scheduled hours reliably.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties in an outdoor work environment.

• Lift, carry, move, and stack sandbags weighing approximately 40 to 60 pounds.

• Perform repetitive lifting and physical labor throughout the workday.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Follow all company safety procedures and instructions.

• Work effectively as part of a team and follow directions from supervisors.

• Perform additional general labor tasks as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and carry 40 to 60 pounds.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive physical movements for extended periods.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the scheduled shift.

Required Qualifications

• Steel-toe boots are required and must be worn at all times while on the job site.

• Must be dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance.

• Must be able to follow safety guidelines and workplace procedures.

• Previous general labor or construction experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule
Monday through Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

This is a temporary position. Hours and assignment duration may vary based on operational needs.
