The opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of property promotions, events, and marketing initiatives. This role requires someone who is comfortable speaking on a microphone in front of large groups, can confidently execute promotions from start to finish, and is highly organized with strong multi‑tasking abilities.
The coordinator will assist with event logistics, guest engagement, prize distribution, and overall promotional operations to ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.

Pay$17.00 – $19.00 / hour

What will you do?- Partner with the player rewards department to create email campaigns, digital signage, social media adverts, and other promotional activities
- Manage marketing communications, implement scheduled promotions, and distribute the materials to the relevant department
- Maintain and update the marketing calendar and note project timeline milestones
- Plan promotional rules and procedures, adhering to state gaming requirements and formats
- Source, research, and maintain relationships with suitable vendors for promotional inventory and prizes
- Must be able to obtain a state gaming license
- Experience with Windows products, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Weekends, holidays, and swing shift work may be required
