Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will manage marketing communications, implement scheduled promotions, and distribute the materials to the relevant department at Mardi Gras Casino.

What will you do?
  • Partner with the player rewards department to create digital signage, social media adverts, and other promotional activities
  • Manage marketing communications, implement scheduled promotions, and distribute the materials to the relevant department
  • Maintain and update the marketing calendar and note project timeline milestones
  • Plan promotional rules and procedures adhering to state gaming requirements and formats
  • Source, research, and maintain relationships with suitable vendors for promotional inventory and prizes
More about you
  • Must be able to speak comfortably to large crowds, using a microphone during live promotions and events, and appearing on camera for promotional and social media content
  • Must be able to confidently engage guests while serving as a visible representative of the property
  • Must be able to obtain a state gaming license
  • Experience with Windows products, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Weekends, holidays, and swing shift work may be required
