What We’re Looking For:

We are excited to be looking for a Marketing Specialist who will be an integral part of our dynamic team, collaborating closely with the Field Marketing leads to support executing marketing initiatives for the APAC EN markets that span across Southeast Asia, India, and Australia.

We are seeking a proactive, systems-orientated, and resourceful Marketing Specialist who takes initiative and is passionate about marketing, excels at problem-solving, and demonstrates strong attention to detail. What You'll Do:

Own the setup-up, execution (pre, during and post) and reporting of marketing programs - primarily email campaigns, webinars and in-person events (owned and sponsored)
Manage the briefing, task submission and execution of required supporting teams (marketing operations, content, creative) through Asana
Pre and post campaign data management - including extracting and uploading list for targeted campaigns, campaign outcomes, data cleansing and enrichment
Primary responsible for ensuring that all marketing calendars, activity trackers, campaign reporting documents and internal marketing websites are kept up to date (Asana, Google suite, CMS platforms)
Raise purchase order requisitions through Netsuite, manage payment processes through Accounts Payable and ensure required program expenses and budget tracker documents are kept up to date (Google suite)
Support various administrative marketing tasks such as gifting initiatives, awards, filing, and internal communications
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Monitor incoming leads to ensure they are actioned within set service level agreements (Salesforce)

Skills & Requirements - what you’ll bring:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Excellent project management and previous event management experience
Good communication skills and stakeholder management across local, regional and global teams
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and deliver within a short turnaround time
Social media management expertise
Familiar with Mar Tech stack in B2B environment. Tools and platform experience highly preferred:
Marketo
Salesforce
Asana
Goldcast (or similar webinar platform)
Google suite
Slack
CMS platforms like Prismic / Instapage

To be a great fit you’ll:

Be self-motivated, team player that is highly organised with excellent communication skills
Be proactive and confident in assisting in the execution of our marketing programs
Come with 3+ years of related work experience or a Bachelor level degree in Marketing & Communications or similar
Be passionate about technology and ideally have experience with an IT organisation (SaaS experience will be highly regarded)
Have enthusiasm for a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Have outstanding time management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
Have demonstrated expertise in planning and organising both physical and virtual events, along with practical knowledge in building and managing demand generation campaigns and workflow processes.
Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Hybrid work schedule, requiring two days per week in the office.
