HELP BUILD THE BRAND BEHIND CASE EQUITY

Claim Angel is building a brand for plaintiffs and the law firms that represent them around Case Equity: access to money based on the value of an eligible legal case before it settles, through a marketplace of funding companies. For plaintiffs, that means a financial option to help manage everyday expenses while their case moves forward. For law firms, it means a clear, transparent way to help clients understand and access funding.

Our ambition is to make Case Equity understood and trusted by both.

We’re hiring a Creative Content Lead (Social & Video) to help plaintiffs discover and understand Case Equity, and help law firms explain the option to their clients and navigate the funding process. You’ll turn an unfamiliar concept into clear, compelling stories and build a recognizable creative identity around it.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will own creative direction and personally write, design, film, and edit content, working closely with the founders and our growth lead. You should bring strong taste, original ideas, and the judgment to deliver polished work with increasing independence as you learn the brand.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• Develop content plans for plaintiffs and law firms with the founders: audience insights, key messages, recurring series, and a practical production calendar. Tailor the message and format to each audience while keeping a consistent brand.

• Create short-form videos, carousels, static posts, and ad creative from concept through final delivery: hooks, scripts, copy, design, filming, editing, captions, and exports.

• Make Case Equity easy to understand. Create consumer education that moves people from recognizing a need to discovering the option, understanding costs and eligibility, and knowing what happens next.

• Create content for attorneys and law firm staff: explainers, interviews, process walkthroughs, and materials that help them answer client questions and understand how to work with Claim Angel.

• Build recurring formats around real audience questions, product walkthroughs, staff and attorney interviews, and customer stories shared with permission. Find fresh ways to make useful information engaging.

• Shape a consistent visual identity and voice across social content. Make deliberate choices about typography, composition, pacing, and tone, and explain why they work.

• Use AI to accelerate concept exploration, image and video production, editing, and variations. Combine it with original footage and your own craft to maintain quality, accuracy, and a distinctive brand.

• Build reusable templates and an organized asset library. Turn strong ideas and footage into multiple useful pieces and maintain a consistent, high volume of quality output.

• Partner with our growth lead, who owns distribution, performance tracking, and budget allocation. Use the results to test hooks and formats, refine messaging, and improve creative over time.

• Check your own work, meet deadlines, and flag questions early. Work with subject-matter experts to verify product claims, costs, and eligibility details.

WHAT YOU BRING

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong design taste, original storytelling, and finished social content you personally made.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Motion design in After Effects is a plus.

• Practical AI proficiency across creative workflows. You can show what you generated, how you refined it, and where your own judgment improved the result.

• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to make a complex or unfamiliar product clear to consumers and adapt the same idea for attorneys and law firm staff.
