Job Description
We buy the practice. The clinician still runs it.
Kindwell Partners is a management services organization (MSO) that partners with and acquires behavioral health group practices across the country. Our founders stay on to lead their practices clinically. We provide the engine behind them: finance, billing, operations, technology, recruiting and growth. Each practice keeps its local name and its culture. Kindwell makes it easier to run, more profitable and able to grow.
We're a small, fast-moving team growing across several states. Everyone here builds systems, owns outcomes and cares about clinicians being able to do their best work.
Type: Part-time, about 15–20 hours a week, contractor or employee · Location: Remote (US) · Reports to: CEO
The role
You'll tell the Kindwell story across social media, including the stories of the clinicians behind our practices. Our audience is practice owners, clinicians and partners who want to see how a clinician-led model works in practice. You'll plan, shoot, edit and publish content that builds trust with them. Short-form video is the core of this role.
What you'll own
- Content calendar. Plan and run a monthly calendar across Linked In, Instagram and You Tube, starting with short-form.
- Video production. Shoot and edit 12–16 short-form videos a month with our founders, Founding Directors and clinicians. That includes interview clips, practice spotlights and educational pieces.
- Founder presence. Draft and schedule Linked In posts for our founders in their own voice.
- Community and lead generation. Create content that drives engagement in our practice-owner community and supports lead generation campaigns.
- Brand and privacy standards. Keep every post on-brand, accurate and appropriate for behavioral health. No patient information, and no clinical claims we can't back up.
- Reporting. Send a one-page monthly report on reach, engagement, follower growth and inbound leads, with what to do more and less of.
What you bring
- 2+ years managing social media for a brand, an agency or a founder
- A portfolio of short-form video you shot and edited yourself (required to apply)
- Strong writing, especially Linked In and B2B posts
- Comfort with Canva, Cap Cut or Premiere, and a scheduling tool
- Good judgment with privacy and sensitive topics, since mental health content needs care
Nice to have
- Healthcare, mental health or professional-services content experience
- Experience growing a founder's personal brand on Linked In
- Paid social or basic analytics experience
What success looks like at 90 days
- Posting every week across priority channels
- A library of at least 20 short-form videos
- Founder Linked In posting on a regular schedule
- Baseline reach and engagement set, with monthly reporting live
