Trusted Health is seeking an experienced nurse for a travel nursing assignment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This role requires travel nursing and does not allow local candidates. The assignment emphasizes a modern travel experience and direct application to jobs without recruiters.

• Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations.
• Travel only; local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from the facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Experience:
  
  At least 24 months of ICU experience within the past 4 years; 24 months of role experience with some in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)

• Unit: ICU with 4 beds; operates as a step-down unit; vent rarely used; common interventions include BiPAP, insulin drips, and occasional vasoactive medications (e.g., Cardizem, Levofed).
• Floating requirements: medsurgical/telemetry; occasional 1:5-6 patient ratio depending on acuity.
• Shift schedule preferences:
  Weekends as scheduled; maximum 7 days time off.
• References: 1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead) and 1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor) required for submission.
• Driver’s license required for submission.
