In this role, you will support multi-disciplinary teams across multiple departments, including pediatrics, dental, general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, urology, podiatry, and endoscopy, delivering anesthesia care to patients of all ages. Operating within a hospital setting with 122 beds and utilizing Cerner EMR, you will work closely with other full-time CRNAs and support staff, ensuring smooth, efficient perioperative experiences. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch, and consists of a flexible 2-week per month part-time commitment (week on/week off).
Required Skills:
- Board Certification as a CRNA
- Valid State License and DEA registration
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience with peds, dental, general surgery, ortho, OB, urology, podiatry, and endoscopy procedures
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
- Experience with regional and block anesthesia techniques
- Prior experience with Cerner EMR system
- Additional certifications such as PALS or advanced anesthesia training
- Master's degree or higher in Nursing Anesthesia
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical CRNA experience in a hospital setting
- Prior experience with diverse anesthesia procedures across multiple specialties
- Willingness to obtain applicable state licensure if not currently licensed
- Credentialing process completed within approximately 60 days
- Ability to work day shifts; specific hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (includes 30-minute lunch)
