No work on holidays) Shift Details:
Options available: 5x8-hour shifts, 4x10-hour shifts, or 3x12-hour shifts Shift times: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, or 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM No call shifts required Willingness to work weekends is a plus, but not required to work weekends only Flexibility to work 2-3 weeks per month if preferred Work Environment:
Coverage Needed: 40 hours per week (due to staff changes and several pregnancies) Patient Population/Age:
All ages, including both inpatient and outpatient settings Practice Setting:
Ambulatory Surgery Center Hospital (3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other) Department

Description:

A variety of surgeries including general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, interventional radiology (IR), cardiovascular, thoracic, pediatric, neuro, cardiac, and endoscopy EMR System:
Cerner Requirements:
Board Certification:
Required in West Virginia License:
Active West Virginia license required

Certifications:

ACLS, BLS, and PALS required

Minimum Experience:

Once credentialed, the provider will receive a schedule from the site based on the confirmed shifts and orientation date. Travel:
