• Certification: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - board certification required
• Licensure: Active state license required; willingness to obtain West Virginia CRNA licensure welcomed
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS (required)
• Experience: Prior CRNA experience in a hospital/OR setting preferred
• Preferred Skills: Regional anesthesia and nerve blocks (preferred, not required)

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for patients of all ages across a diverse surgical and procedural case mix
• Complete pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Manage intraoperative anesthesia delivery, airway management, and physiologic monitoring
• Support post-anesthesia care needs, including pain management and emergence considerations
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and the perioperative team in a supervised CRNA practice model
• Document anesthesia care accurately and efficiently in Cerner EMR
• Contribute to quality, patient safety, and compliance standards aligned with hospital policies
