Nurse Practitioner

Align Med Partners is hiring a full‑time Nurse Practitioner for the Hilltop Center located in Hilltop, WV. The position requires 32–40 hours per week.

Compensation

Base pay: $ / yr – $ / yr. A $5,000 sign‑on bonus is offered. Yearly average of $13,000 through the no‑cap incentive compensation program.

Overview

Sub‑Acute, Long‑Term Care is a sector of healthcare offering work‑life balance with no on‑call or weekend shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Reports directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager.
  • Collaborates on‑site with the Center Leadership Team for center‑specific goals and priorities.
  • Works with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient‑specific medical care.
  • Provides primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with other medical providers.
  • Works collaboratively with Center Leadership to achieve Align Med Partners’ mission of improving the lives we touch through high‑quality health care and everyday compassion.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing program.
  • Licensed as a registered nurse.
  • Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Nursing and a concentration in Older Adult and/or Family NP (or other specializations based on business need).
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working with adult or geriatric populations preferred.
  • Unrestricted APRN license and DEA where practice allows.
