The NICU Nurse Practitioner reports to the NICU Medical Director and works within an Advanced Practice leadership structure, collaborating daily with neonatologists, bedside nurses, respiratory therapists, lactation consultants, pharmacists, therapy services, and social workers. The team is focused on complex cases and family‑centered care, values mutual respect and shared governance, and maintains a supportive, close‑knit culture.
