Saunders Staffing is recruiting for certified nursing assistants in the Weston, WV area. Must be licensed and in good standing with six months experience.

Job Description:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care and supports nursing staff in delivering high-quality, compassionate healthcare services. This role performs routine to moderately complex clinical and personal care tasks under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Responsibilities include assisting patients with daily living activities, monitoring and reporting patient conditions, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with daily living needs such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.

- Take and record vital signs, intake/output, and other clinical observations.

- Report changes in patient condition to supervising nurses promptly.

- Maintain clean, safe, and organized patient areas.

- Support nursing staff with clinical tasks as permitted by state guidelines.

- Document care provided in electronic or paper records.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED.

- Current CNA certification.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
