Valley Health - - Responsibilities:
Performs routine basic patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse;
Obtains and records patient's vital signs and reports to the Nurse;
Assists patient/resident with ADL's, ambulation, transfers, functional/bed mobility, exercises, application and/or use of equipment;
Maintains accurate, timely and objective documentation each shift;
Serves as a preceptor to new CNAs on the unit
