Additional Details$7500 SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULL TIME
How you Will make a Difference- Deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents while maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
- Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
- Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing.
- Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility.
- Possess an active LPN license in the state of residence.
- Maintain current/active CPR certification.
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
- Demonstrate excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.
