Facility type: LTC/SNF
Shift: 6am – 6:30pm | 6pm – 6:30am (Three Days in a week that includes EOW)
Contract:
7 weeks
Pay rate: $38/hr on W2 Travel Pay Package: $1548/week gross based and up to 36hrs/week
Start: TBD

Required:
- Must be licensed as a Practical Nurse.
