• Provide Direct Care: Assume daily responsibility and accountability for the physical care of assigned residents.

  Perform basic technical skills, adhering to the Nursing Department’s policies and procedures.
• Collaboration: Work efficiently and cooperatively with residents/patients, families, nursing personnel, and other facility departments.
• Communication: Effectively communicate treatment information, nursing actions, resident needs, and observations to the appropriate persons and document this information in line with Nursing Department policies.
• Supportive Environment: Support Nursing Services and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations.
