The House Supervisor ensures high quality, patient-centered care through direction and supervision of all house-wide functions during a designated shift. The House Supervisor participates as an active member of the nursing management team and assumes authority to manage all activities and personnel in conjunction with and in the absence of hospital administration.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required; BSN is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse in healthcare.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a leadership role.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact license (employees with RN Compact license must obtain Texas RN license within 90 days of hire).
- Current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications are required.
