  The registered nurse analyzes assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues, ensuring exceptional patient experience, compassionate care, and clinical excellence.
• Outcomes Identification:
  The registered nurse identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer, maintaining an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care, and clinical excellence.
• Planning:
  The registered nurse develops a plan prescribing strategies and alternatives to achieve expected outcomes, while delivering an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care, and clinical excellence.
• Implementation:
  The registered nurse implements the identified plan, continually providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care, and clinical excellence.
• Evaluation:
  The registered nurse evaluates progress toward attainment of outcomes, maintaining an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care, and clinical excellence.

• Effective interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with physicians and instruct patients and families.
• Capable of heavy work:
  Exerting up to 100 lbs occasionally, up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 20 lbs constantly.
