Position
Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice Care
ScheduleFull-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Rotating on-call and weekend requirements
Work Hours8 hours per day | 40 hours per week
Productivity Expectation5 patient visits per day
Pay Rate$50/hr
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive hospice nursing care to patients in home or facility environments
- Perform in-person patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary care team
- Educate patients and family members on care plans, symptom management, and end-of-life support
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (must be eligible for WV licensure)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Previous Home Health experience
