• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• After an orientation period and under the direction of a Registered Nurse, deliver efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient, resident, and family satisfaction.

Must be a graduate of an approved school for vocational nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure. Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
