Description As a Hospice Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate care to terminally ill patients in their homes or nursing facilities. This role involves making 5-6 visits daily, collaborating closely with another RN, and utilizing EPIC for charting. You will be responsible for managing patient needs, medication administration, and providing emotional support to families. Your experience in hospice care will be invaluable as you work in a supportive team environment covering several counties.
