Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse

TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Kingwood, Texas.

Job Description & Requirements

• Assess, triage and treat patients in a fast-paced emergency environment.
• Perform minor medical operations, provide bedside care, clean and bandage wounds.
• Provide IV therapy, maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Document medical history, check for allergies, obtain vital signs, and monitor patients’ emotional and physical well‑being.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.
• Stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, stoop, and lift up to 20 pounds comfortably (up to 50 pounds at times).

• Licensed RN in Texas.
• 1-2 years recent acute care experience.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC certifications (minimum 1 year).
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning the assignment.
• Strong coping skills for stress and ability to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds.

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
