Travel Nurse - RN - Telemetry

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Point Pleasant, WV. The role involves providing patient care on a day shift, collaborating with healthcare team members, administering medications, monitoring patient responses, and ensuring room cleanliness and supply stock. The nurse may need to transport patients and perform other assigned duties.

• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• Graduate from an accredited school; certifications may be required
• Physical ability to remain stationary, move, lift, push, bend, and pull equipment (50-100 lbs)
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with physicians and staff
• Ability to monitor and evaluate patient responses and administer medications appropriately
• On-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if needed
• Interpersonal, technical, cognitive, and sensory skills necessary for effective patient care and team interaction

• Coordinate patient care and monitor responses
• Administer medications and document interventions
• Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies
• Transport patients as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned
