The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in providing compassionate and direct patient care within healthcare settings across the United States. This position focuses on assisting patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity while supporting the nursing staff. CNAs are responsible for monitoring patients  health status, reporting changes to the nursing team, and helping to maintain a clean and safe environment.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ultimately, the CNA contributes significantly to the overall quality of patient care and the smooth operation of healthcare facilities.

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) recognized by the state of employment.
• Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care procedures.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet health screening requirements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.

• Previous experience working in a healthcare or long-term care facility.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Additional training in specialized care areas such as geriatrics or rehabilitation.
• Bilingual abilities to support diverse patient populations.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
• Monitor and record patients  vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a positive and respectful environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient rooms and common areas, including proper handling of medical equipment.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
