Location: Sugar Grove
Liberty Community Program is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to assess, diagnose, and manage healthcare needs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will bridge patient needs with clinical services in a collaborative team.
Responsibilities include health assessments, care planning, and ongoing monitoring of acute and chronic conditions. Must hold a Master’s in Nursing or a DNP with WV NP licensure and CPR/BLS certification.
